Make sure you have some Finnish chefs on hand to do the mashed potatoes and lingonberries garnish though! (Or… hang on! Santa is from that part of the world – maybe you could just hold him hostage to work wonders with some smoked salmon, dill butter and sauerkraut for a very merry Christmas!)
